My name is Emma and I am looking for a babysitter that is willing to take care of my precious 5 year old son, Ethan. He has had 8 heart surgeries to date and has suffered several st! rokes but you would not be able to tell looking at him. Ethan is currently in congestive heart failure so he tends to sleep longer than the average child, and gets tired more easily. I am looking for someone to care for him as though he was their own child. He is a sweet, kind, loveable, happy little boy who is my whole world. Because of his decreased energy level, sometimes he likes to just cuddle while watching a movie, play with puzzles, or do arts & crafts.
So let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am currently a single active duty mother who works shift work, so hours could change at a short notice and vary week to week, to include weekends. I would prefer to have a babysitter that is willing to watch my son at our house as Ethan loves our two puppies (Yorkie and a zu) and with his decreased activity levels, it is easier for him to rest in the comfort of his own house.
The Army is willing to work with my shift work. Possible times that I would n! eed a babysitter are , and 2230-0730. For the day shift, I wou! ld require that someone be able to drop my son off at school during the week or I could coordinate with the school to have the bus pick him up at the house (which means that some days during the week would only be from if my son will be getting dropped off from school by the bus. It gets confusing but basically I just need someone that is willing to work with me and understands the military lifestyle. Also, if it works better for you, I can specifically request to work the mid shift, from 2230-0730, which would mean that my son would be asleep basically the whole time.
