We are looking for a leader, who is willing to supervises and provide Occupational Therapy Services to patient in their home.
The succe! ssful candidate will be a Graduate of an Occupational Therapy school by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent; or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Washington State and with current a Certification from the National Board for the Certification of Occupational Therapy.
You will working 24 hours per week
