Outstanding medical facility in a beautiful suburb of Seattle seeks a Nurse Manager of Critical Care to be a nursing leader and oversee daily operations for a growing department.
The Nurse Manager of ICU! will report to a dedicated Nurse Director and will have the support of experienced charge nurses, dietitians , therapists and critical care educators. The Critical Care Manager will work closely with staff to coordinate and oversee continuing education and in-service training.
The Nursing Manager of ICU will be proficient in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Post Surgical Services and specialized equipment including cardiac monitors, respirators and ventilators to ensure excellence in patient care across critical care units. The Manager will have access to the latest in electronic medical records systems, a recently implemented system for the hospital.
The Critical Care Manager is a key team leader responsible for recruitment and retention, budgeting and service excellence initiatives for this 30 bed department.
This newly built unit offers advanced technology in bed design for cardiac surgery patients to ensure comfort from admission through discha! rge.
