Market Business Development & Sales Analysis Manager [Sweden]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growth and development of the Crouse Hinds & B-Line into the industrial and Oil and gas segment, end user mapping, technical reviews with end users on product selection & optimization of designs, technical clarifications with EPC
  • Drive End User prescription activities
  • Implement the continuous improvements process to support the business growth
  • Develop competition mapping for Product positioning & prices in the region
  • Identify the training needs for the team based on their skill matrix & implement the same
  • Identify & close the product gaps for the project offering
  • Drive the localization initiative both externally & internally with business case and project lead
  • Develop & implement the price list in the region
  • Manage the discount matrix for the region

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional expertise in Electrical Engineering is required for the role
  • Experience with Oil & Gas segment is required
  • Enhanced market Knowledge of major end users and EPC in MENA region
  • A minimum of 10 years of recent experience in Market Business Development, Product line Management, Sales operations & Operations overview
  • Technical knowledge of Electrical distribution products
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferred
  • English language at advanced level
