Required: * A Masters or a minimum of 2 years of direct experience with executive level administrative support/assistance. * Detailed knowledge of scheduling and managing a high level/complex executive calendars and arrangements of travel itineraries while taking into consideration various time zones. * Demonstrated expertise in triaging incoming calls and correspondences in a high-volume office. * Adaptable and flexible with superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and organize material for efficiency, completion of work in a timely manner under pressure of deadlines, and minimize duplication of effort. * Compose, type and proofread correspondence. Demonstrated writing skills to independently compose and prepare correspondences, memos, meeting minutes and financial reports with speed and accuracy. * Ability to use Excel to manipulate spreadsheets, generate pivot tables, graphs/pie charts and prepare special reports and maintain lists and/or databases for tracking purposes. * Experience with maintaining employee time off and overtime request/approval records for accurate time keeping and processing of timesheets for exempt, bi-weekly, monthly staff. * Knowledge and proficiency of computer applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom and Endnote. Willingness to learn new computer-based systems and programs. * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of department, campus and University administration and the public. The ability to represent the Department in a professional and positive manner.
