General House Cleaning Help Needed

We have a three-bedroom house in Washington that we need to have cleaned at least every 2 weeks, but every week is preferred. Job includes vacuuming 2 bedrooms, sweeping and using a microfiber mop on laminate floors, cleaning 2 bathrooms, only one of which is used regularly. The job usually takes between 3 and 4 hours, but could go to 5 hours depending on the season. We do not need help with laundry, dishes or other similar chores. Limited interior window washing would be nice, but is not required.
We are a retired couple with only one small dog who does not shed. We can do some of the work ourselves, but have difficulty doing floors and bathrooms due to recent orthopedic surgeries, arthritis, etc.
This will be a regular, long-term position for the right person. We are in need of cleaning help immediately.
