The ASC Nursing Director will oversee clinical operations of this state-of-the art Surgery Center. The ASC Manager will oversee approximately 75 clinical and administrative staff, including 3 charge nurses that will support the Director. Key responsibilities include: budgeting oversight, providing leadership to a wonderfully experienced staff of nurses, technicians, and supervisors, and continually assess and revise policies and procedures to improve the surgery center’s services.
The Surgery Nurse Director will oversee clinical operations at a busy center that provides surgical services to the diverse community with a wide range of specialties. Patients are seen in modern surgical suites with the latest in technology to ensure a safe environment and Joint Commission/OSHA standards are met. The Manager of ASC Surgery will collaborate with nationally recognized Surgeons and report directly to the Surgery Cent! er Administrator.
