CALL CENTER AGENT
The Call Center Agent has many responsibilities and plays a vital role in our organization. As a Call Center Agent for Remodel USA, you will be a front-line contact as you answer the phones. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify prospects that have expressed an interest in residential remodeling projects and scheduling appointments for those prospects with all homeowners. Additionally, there are many different duties you will be responsible for, including but not limited to the following:
· Qualifying prospects for presentation appointments
· Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

· Managing the lead flow for all salespeople.
· Contacting homeowners to confirm their appointments
· De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
· Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
· Documentation of all client interaction and communication
· Outbound calls to follow up on all inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Customer service and phone experience
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
· Great active listening skills
· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
· Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word
· Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays

Salary: $15 an hour (Paid Weekly)
