Good afternoon, I hope this finds you well. Maxim is currently seeking experienced Surgical Technologists for multiple contract needs that are avai! lable. Brief descriptions are listed below for each opportunity currently open.
Opportunity 1
Contract is 4 week in duration and is set to begin as soon as possible. Facility is located in Kennewick, WA and housing can be considered (if needed, and would be a case by case basis). Candidates can expect full time work for the contract and would be on day shift. Call would be included with this position.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year minimum professional Experience
- Active WA State Surgical Tech License
- Current CPR card (Must be recognized by American Heart Association)
- Immunization Requirements:
o MMR (Titer or vaccination)
o Varicella (Titer, Vaccination, or Documented History)
o TDAP
o Recent Flu Shot
- Ability to clear 10 panel drug screen
- Ability to clear Nationwide Criminal History Report!
We have 2 contracts at the ! same location in Issaquah and they are set for 13 weeks each. Candidates can expect a full time schedule on day shifts. Candidates must have strong Ortho and Totals experience with the ability to scrub for multiple specialties when asked. Both contracts are set to begin as soon as possible. Call would be included with both positions.

Responsibilities include:
- Places equipment and supplies in operating room and arranges instruments, according to instructions.
- Assists team members to place and position patient on table.
- Scrubs arms and hands and dons gown and gloves.
- Aids team to don gowns and gloves.
- Maintains supply of fluids, such as plasma, saline, blood, and glucose for use during operation.
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist training program with subsequent certificatio! n in surgical technology.
- (Tissue Processing Technologist â€" ! only) Prefer a degree in biology related field which includes a degree /certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Current CPR card.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
