RN (Master’s preferred) with strong management experience in Surgical Services! . Responsibilities include day to day operational coordination and management within a 15 OR suite. Key areas of focus include operational integration of surgical services and support areas, physician relations, and staff support / mentoring. Excellent salary and benefits package. Job Summary: The Nurse Manager has 24-hour responsibility for management of an individual nursing unit(s), such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained. Works with the Nursing Director and CNS to maximize unit/service line potential and meet service expectations.
