Job Description:
- Receives and checks invoices from client,
- Determines which are for priority for payment,
- Preparing invoices for endorsement to accounting department,
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering client or customers queries.
- Encodes all incoming invoices for management information's,
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies,
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Qualification:
- Preferably with 2 years working experience as accounts receivables,
- With accounting background
- Proficient in Microsoft especially in excel,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
