Receiving Invoicing Staff [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Receives and checks invoices from client,
  • Determines which are for priority for payment,
  • Preparing invoices for endorsement to accounting department,
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering client or customers queries.
  • Encodes all incoming invoices for management information's,
  • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies,
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Qualification:

  • Preferably with 2 years working experience as accounts receivables,
  • With accounting background
  • Proficient in Microsoft especially in excel,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent mathematics and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php20,000.00 per month
