Occasional Babysitter

I'm a stay-at-home mom and a professional photographer, so I am looking for someone willing to babysit on the days that I have photo sessions, and the occasional date night. In-studio sessions would be during the day in my ! home, approx. 3 hours length, and date nights would be, of course, at night also in our home (no overnights).
I have a 3 year old and a 16 month old, both girls. Our 16 month old is a survivor of two open heart surgeries and a stomach surgery (still has a G-tube in place), and she's got a third open heart surgery in the future. She has no developmental delays, just a little on the tiny side but quite a spitfire! Sitter must be proficient in CPR and first aid, and know how to dial 9-1-1. : )
