Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - (CRNA) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
We're currently seeking a CRNA to provide sporadic coverage at a dental surgery center in Washington. 1-3 days per week of coverage is typically needed. A standard day is 7am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch, although some days may run later. ACLS and PALS required. CRNA only practice, assistants are in place if ne! eded to help the CRNA.
A certified registered nurse a! nesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
