Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
  • Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + Bonus
  • Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Filing documents and banking cheques
  • Checking, verifying, and processing expense claims
  • Assisting with data entry and preparing payments to suppliers
  • Assisting with procurement and audit matters, as well as month-end closing
  • Processing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers
  • Completing any ad-hoc Accounts & Admin duties as assigned
