L’Oréal Finance Controlling BSC in Warsaw is currently looking for a Financial Controller & Improvement Key user reporting to the head of the Business Service Center Controlling Team.
You will have 2 sets of responsibilities:
General Expenses Controlling (Campus Costs, People Costs, Travel & Expenses, etc.…) with a focus on one of our serviced countries (Czech Republic, Croatia / Serbia, Israel, etc...):
- Key point of contact for finance stakeholders in country
- Construction of budget / actual analysis / Risk and opportunity
Improvement key user
- Developing & following Team KPI vs serviced countries
- Applying lean Six Sigma principles (training to be received) to suggest process improvements and roll them out
- Measuring team efficiency / time saving
Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with a change mindset and the following characteristics:
- Good analytical skills as well as an ability to step back and see the ‘big picture’
- Very organized, structured, good tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: communicating, defending ideas and convincing
- Efficiency oriented: proactively challenging the status quo to design more efficient ways of working
- Fluent in professional English
