Project Description
The project scope is the development, maintenance, and support for a single-server solution for large contact centers supporting up to 30,000 concurrent agents created by a leading contact center solution vendor.
Responsibilities
o Troubleshoot debug and maintain existing functionality
o Feature development,
o Feature verification testing
o Documentation: design documents, feature test plans
o Work with the team to understand the project scope and produce clean and efficient design
o Follow the customer development process
