Our client, Cessnock Hospitality Group, is looking for a Venue Supervisor to support the day to day operations at its Vincent Street Kitchen + Bar venue. You will deliver excellent customer service that complements the food, beverage and entertainment offering.
To be successful in this role you will be a competent operator who can work both autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the venue continues to be an option of choice for locals and visitors. You will bring a strong work ethic and passion for building relationships.

Ideally you will have;
- A strong background in customer service ideally within a club or pub environment
- Excellent personal presentation
- Team Leadership qualities
- The ability to manage customer concerns and feedback that ensure a positive outcome
- Experience with gaming, including poker machines
