We are a fully licensed boutique cannabis cultivation facility located in the Los Angeles area seeking highly motivated candidates to add to our amazing & passionate team! Our main focus is to provide top quality cannabis to consumers without cutting any corners. Every step of the way, our cannabis is treated with the highest level of care possible. Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner is a must! We are also looking for candidates seeking upward growth within the company and have management experience.
EXPERIENCE WEIGHING CANNABIS FLOWER IS REQUIRED***
The packaging/weighing technician will be responsible for accurately & effectively weighing cannabis flower into specified increments (1/8, grams, half oz)
Minimum Qualifications:

-21 years of age or older & possess a valid California ID
-reliable means of transportation
-1 year of experience weighing and packaging cannabis flower or similar environment
-general knowledge of weights and measurements with a scale
-strong attention to detail
-able to follow written and verbal directions
-able to maintain a clean and organized work space
-able to follow all established procedures and policies while packaging products that meet strict quality control and compliance standards
-able to efficiently weigh out cannabis flower and maintain production goals per daily shift
-able to work independently
-able to communicate well with supervisor and team to effectively ensure an efficient and productive work environment
Physical requirements
-must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
-must be able to stand for long periods of time
-must work well in fast-paced environments
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of working in cannabis industry, packaging & weighing experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
