Infinx Healthcare is actively recruiting an Accounts Receivable Lead to join our Revenue Cycle Team. The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Infinx Healthcare to advance within the organization.
Work Location: Remote
The AR Specialist Lead will:
- Have proven experience with healthcare revenue cycle.
Be able to function independently to bill professional claims.
Be able to function independently to complete thorough follow-up on medical AR.
Be able to function independently to complete thorough processes for proper denial management.
Gain exposure to our proprietary tools and technology.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
H.S. graduate or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years healthcare billing experience required.
Deep knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle, collections and payment posting, medical billing, Medicare and Medicaid, and third-party payers.
Must be knowledgeable of Medical Terminology, CPT & ICD10 coding.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and meet deadlines.
Familiar with electronic medical records. Intergy experience preferred.
Solid understanding of Government Billing rules is beneficial.
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate as part of the team.
Demonstrated excellent communication and time management skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
