What You Will Do
The following is a sneak peek into what a Teller looks like:
- OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE Background in processing teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders. Responsible for maintaining audit logs and ensuring daily branch balance procedures.
- MEMBER SERVICE Interact with member base and provide accurate, prompt, and friendly service. Understand the needs of the members and offer solutions to better fit their needs.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Promote a retail environment by cross-selling and referring credit union products and services.
- TEAMWORK Maintains effective communication between branch and other departments
Who You Are

- You are dedicated, motivated and detailed orientated
- You have excellent customer service skills
- You have 2+ years of similar or related experience
- You have a background in banking, credit union, or other financial industry
- You are approachable and have the knack to assist others with issues

- You have been complimented on your communication skills and pride yourself on being able to vocalize I love working in a group and facilitating the best possible outcome!

Other Important Information
Youll be asked to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday40 hours per week. Youll use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers and filing cabinets. The position also requires manual dexteritythe ability to lift files and flex paperclips. You may be required to stand on one leg, tap your head, and compound daily variable interest in your head. Just kiddingnobody can do that on one leg.
