Toki Bookkeeping was established in April 2023 and has been providing bookkeeping services and optional services such as payroll, state tax filings, and estimated tax calculation. Toki means time in Japanese. Our mission is to save clients’ time with our services so that they can focus and accelerate their core business.
Our office is in California, but you can work from anywhere in the world. Most of our clients have been with us for more than five years and we believe the reasons they chose us are our great communication and quality of work.
Our team tries to propose better solutions and improvement plans rather than keep following instructions given. Our team aspires to continually grow and keep learning new things to get a higher position rather than taking a passive role in a work. As the Bookkeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing clients and the bookkeeping team. This includes financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, tax filings, and supervising the bookkeeping team. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
