About the PositionThe OR Manager (Director Role) oversees 4 OR's which include General, Ortho, and OBGyn surgeries. Reports to the CNO. 1150 procedures per year. Benefits: $85-91K. Excellent benefits which includes Flexible Benefit Program, Paid Time Off, 401K, and Relocation Assistance. Requirements: BSN required, Master's preferred. 3-5 years of management in Surgical Services. Experience with quality, shared governance, and evidence-based medicine STRONGLY preferred.
