Washington Location: Bellevue Secondary Location: Union: WSNA Work Status: Regular Shift: Day Shift FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per bi-weekly pay periods) Hours Per Shift: Call Hours: Work Days: Monday-Friday Salary: In Accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement Job Description: The role of the registered nurse in the Bellevue Surgery Center will be a multifaceted and exciting challenge for the perioperative nurse. The Bellevue Surgery Center nurse will provide nursing care to the ambulatory patient in a newly constructed building which promotes efficiency and continuity of patient care. The position requires progressive competency in the preoperative, operating room, and post anesthesia phases of the patient/family experience. Requirements: Required: 2-3 Years OR Circulating Nursing Experience Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current Washington State RN License.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required for specific depar! tmentsCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers. Current PALS certi! fication will be accepted in lieu of the BLS either at time of hire or as an annual competency. Preferred: BSN Pediatric health care nursing experience. IV Skills.
