As the Nurse Manager of Inpatient Surgery, you will work closely with the Clinical Director of Surgery, physicians and staff to deliver excellence across clinical, operational and financial services.

In this high profile role, you will lead the unit to attain the goals reflected! in the balanced scorecard, will work as a team with other lea! ders in Surgical Services, and provide accountability for the unit while supporting the core values of the organization.
The position will provide management oversight to approximately 120 staff completing over 11,000 surgeries per year
in 19 surgical suites with services in General Surgery, Orthopedics, CV, Hearts, Neuro, Total Joint, Urology, GYN, Plastics, Eye, ENT, Robotics and Bariatric, for which we received the "Center of Excellence" award.
The right candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current Washington RN license and at least 2 years of recent, relevant management experience. At least 5 years of surgical nursing experience is required.
