The ideal candidate for this job would be a Registered Nurse who has worked clinically in the Operating Room of an acute care / hospital setting. The OR RN Mgr would have 5+ years in the OR. Additionally, the RN would have 3+ years in a management / leadership role. The OR Manager would have excellent communication and leadership ski! lls and be able to convey the mission and goals of the departm! ent to the staff. The individual would be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced surgery environment. They would have a valid nursing license in good standing along with all current certifications required.
