Description: Shriners Hospitals For Children is currently seeking to employ Surgical RN - .90 FTE right now, this position will be placed in Washington. This position prepares, provides, supervises, and coordinates required services for the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process. Is responsible f! or the protection of the anesthetized patient from harm through careful positioning and adherence to aseptic technique and safety requirements. Provides education to patient and family preoperatively and maintains family contact and awareness in lengthy procedures.

Job Requirements
Required:
Current license with ! Washington State
BLS and PALS certifications, or obta! ined within 3 months/6 months of employment, respectively.
Operating room experience required, minimum of one year.
Preferred:
Orthopaedic surgery experience/pediatric surgery experience
