The right candidate will need to work/travel between two office locations, Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley and N. Calgary Ct., Post Falls Idaho.
Call Center Specialist Essential Functions:
- Address the needs of patients in a fast-paced culture.
- Ability to answering numerous incoming calls from patients, businesses and referring offices.
- Pulling in x-rays/refs from physicians’ offices to attach to the patient's charts.
- Assisting staff physicians on their referral call list.
- Scheduling appointments for incoming calls and referring offices.
- Scheduling surgeries for patients, answering general questions regarding procedures and passing along more complex questions to the nursing staff.
- Checking voicemails and returning calls.
- Data entry in excel to document referrals/x-rays from offices and to document calls.
- Misc tasks that come from staff physicians and other staff members.
- Must be able to draw valid conclusions, apply sound judgment in making decisions, and to make decisions under pressure.

Required Education and Experience
