Job Context
Servest Office Services, a division of Servest Pty (Ltd) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller for the washroom and deep cleaning service line. The main function of the QC is to ensure that deep clean and washroom teams deliver a safe facility to the customers according to policies and procedures,and ensuring that clients are being serviced according to the set standards and procedures .Experience in Hygiene Service is essential.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent Customer Care Relations
- Valid driver’s licence
- Matric and Computer Literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good understanding of company products and service offerings
- Strong communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- At least two years experience in dealing with customers face to face
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspection of service teams and vehicles including washroom/deep clean equipment and stock
- Check and Issuing of PPE
- Attend to on site queries and ensure they are resolved accordingly
- Attend to admin duties such as QC Audits ,Checklists and contracts
- Scanning and emailing of QC Checklists
- Meet and communicate with operations controllers on daily basis
- Planning for the wewk ahead and setting up appointment for sites
- Conduct on site continual training of the service teams
