Job Summary The Anesthesia Technician provides technical and clinical assistance, under the direction of an anesthesiologist, in monitoring and preparing the patient for anesthesia, within the Operating Room and/or in other departments within the hospital. NOTE: This is an entry-level position. Job Responsibilities are: Provide patient care/anesthesia assistance for assigned cases Coordinates anesthesia equipment and supplies Collaboration and Communication Patient Safety
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED BLS Certification At least 1 year experience in a related O.R. or healthcare position
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field (RN, LPN, or EMT) Anesthesia Tech Certification Interested yet? Good us too.
