Swedish Health Services is looking for a full time Annual Giving and Gift Clubs Manager at First Hill in Seattle, WA.
The Annual Giving and Gift Clubs ! Manager is responsible for developing and administering cultivation, solicitation and benefit fulfillment plans for the annual membership program for individuals under $25,000. This includes face to face solicitation, direct mail campaigns, telefunding, matching gifts and web-based online giving.
In this position you will:
- Manager all aspects of Founders Circle gift club ($10,000+)
- Work closely with the Major Gift Officers, Foundation Board, Administrators and Physician groups to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
- Develop donor incentives and manage acknowledgements
- Maintain accurate tracking methods for revenue and expenses
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous development experience with established record of fundraising success
- Experience with soliciting gifts

Swedish/First Hill has one of the most active and advanced birthing programs in Washington state and houses a Level III neonatal intensive-care unit. More surgeries are performed each year at Swedish/First Hill than at any other facility in the region; volumes include more total joint replacements than any other medical center in the state.
