This role will perform streamlined licensing and appointment coordination and implementation by processing requests, executing administrative tasks as required, monitoring progress, and seeking information to ensure timely processing of agent, agency and/or adjuster licenses and applicable appointments.

- Support agent, agency and adjuster licensing by following established licensing processes, facilitating and tracking continuing education and escalating issues to ensure compliance with ever-changing licensing requirements
- Perform appointment and licensing processing by following established guidelines to accurately enter and manage data and monitor and track the progress of agent, agency and/or adjuster licenses and applicable appointments
- Maintain and update processes for filings by monitoring changes in requirements and researching and resolving issues to ensure agent/agency appointments and license processes are current and comply with regulations
- Build strong customer relationships by proactively seeking information and providing recommendations to agents, agencies and/or adjusters to ensure timely and efficient licensing and appointment processing as applicable
- Collaborate with team, advance knowledge of licensing and appointment processes and contribute to shared responsibilities by participating in cross-training to ensure familiarity with systems across various programs
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value “can do” people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
Required Education
- High School Diploma/GED

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs.
Hourly Salary Range: $20.00 - $29.10
