Scentiment (www.scentiment.co) is a rapidly growing ecommerce home scenting business that specializes in selling high-quality diffusers and fragrance oils inspired by the most popular hotels in the US. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, verifying and double-checking information, keeping the warehouse clear and organized, and prepping shipments by pouring oils from large buckets into smaller bottles.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
- Verify and double-check all order information, including product details and shipping addresses.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including restocking inventory and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.
- Pour oils from large buckets into smaller bottles, making sure to measure and label accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and management to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
