PICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Description: MRA Search is at the momment seeking for PICU Registered Nurse (RN) right now, this occupation will be placed in Washington. For complete informations about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) needed for our client in Washington. The facility is a 13-bed unit that is a quaternary care referral center for 4 states,! and cares for patients as young as 45 weeks, corrected gestational age, to adolescent stage. The PICU patients have a number of interesting conditions including: septic shock, solid organ transplant (liver, intestine and kidney), advanced bone marrow transplant, neurosurgery and other pediatric surgeries. Specialized care provided in the PICU includes ECMO/ECLS.
Education and Experience:
1. One (1) year current RN experience working in PICU, CICU or Level III NICU is required; will consider Adult ICU experience;
2. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred and CCRN.
3. PALS required either upon hire, or within orientation phase;
4. Nurses may be asked to work overtime.
