Description
This unique specialized position is part of the Bellevue Medical Center General Surgery Clinic. The focus is on the ! management of wounds, both chronic and post-op.
The position is part-time(20hrs wk).
Our ideal candidate will have a certification in Wound and Ostomy Care (CWOCN). Plus, a strong foundation in problem solving and methods of wound management.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
Minimum: Two (2) years clinical experience in Medical/Surgical nursing with an interest in the care of wound and ostomy patients.
Education Requirements
Minimum: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Preferred: BSN
Certification requirements
Minimum: Required at time of hire Current Washington State RN License. Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nurse at time of hire or within 6 months.
