We! are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide project management support to Clinical Performance Groups and clinical focused groups, composed of system-wide interdisciplinary subject matter experts across the care continuum, around all facets of clinical practice and high quality healthcare delivery, including clinical excellence, clinical standardization, patient safety, comparative effectiveness and clinical advancement.
In this position you will:
Be accountable for managing multiple clinical focused groups simultaneously, achieving specified objectives on time.
Work closely with the System Director, Pharmacy Services; VP, Clinical Advancement, Clinical Program Services; VP, Operations, Clinical Program Services and SVP, Clinical Program Services to define priorities and manage progress of clinical focused groups.
Manage detailed project plans for clinical standardization, acceptance of EMR models, and quality improvement.

Escalate issues as needed for additional input and resolu! tion
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, planning or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Five year proven track record in managing multiple complex high profile operational projects simultaneously, and driving towards successful results.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare experience working with clinicians including physicians and surgeons
Demonstrated success in leading initiatives in a multi-region or divisional, complex organization
Enterprise level operational project management experience with standardization, process improvement, and change management
A consulting background
