Looking for an experienced Director of OR with at least 2 years experience as a Director. This candidate must be a strong and confident ! Director. Looking for a strong leader with good communication ! skills. Someone to grow the service line so experience with that is a plus. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. If Master’s Degree is not in nursing then the RN must have a BSN. Facility does mostly general surgeries no Neuro or Hearts or Peds.
