Impakt works closely with brands in the motorcycle, bicycle, fitness and offroad spaces, but our client pool is constantly expanding and reaching new markets.
We’re looking for an individual that is highly skilled with Google PPC and email marketing to join our team and work on strategy and the execution of successful targeted email and PPC ad campaigns. We’re looking for someone with true skill and proof of results when it comes to running paid search and email-based ads. The right candidate is a highly creative thinker and excellent at solving problems.
Description
The Google PPC position is an important part of the Impakt culture. As a member of the marketing team, you will be important in making sure our clients get the maximum benefit from working with us. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing Google strategies for our key brands as well as performing optimizations and scaling efforts. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to accomplish goals independently while still collaborating with the rest of the team.
On top of the yearly salary, Imapkt has a competitive performance-based commission structure. As you scale your clients, you will receive commission depending on the revenue you generate for your clients! The better you perform, the more you make. Impakt does not put a cap on earnings from this program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaign scaling and optimization strategies to maximize ROAS and scale ecommerce clients effectively
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
- Develop, own and continuously improve a comprehensive paid strategy that effectively generates leads, sales and brand awareness for our clients
- Define metrics and performance indicators to measure the success and impact of our PPC campaigns
- Use research and data to help guide our strategy and maximize our client's investment
- Continue to be an industry expert on all Google paid ads as it relates to targeted marketing
- Ensure that our organization is keeping pace with the latest paid media trends and that we are evolving with emerging technologies
- Assist our Email or Social Media team as needed
- Assist the social team and customer love agent with client meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience running successful Google PPC is a MUST, experience in Facebook / Instagram paid ad campaigns and or email marketing is a plus
- Thorough familiarity with Google marketing dashboard
- Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns
- Self-motivated and eager to achieve campaign goals
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required
- Google Certification and Facebook Blueprint is a plus
- Must have reliable computer and internet connection
