Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay ! Rate: 50.00 *

Acute Hospital-Based Home Health department is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an adult and geriatric population seeing approximately 5-7 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Prefer at least 6 months of HH experience.
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure and/or registered per state requirements.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members an! d caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including! :

Acute

Hand

Home health

Long-term care

Outpatient

Pediatric

Psychiatric

Rehabilitation

School

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have some Home Health experience.
Must be WA Licensed.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer at least 6 months Home Health experience with OASIS C.
